Details
Too often when thinking of geeks, people don’t think of Black women. Yet Black women have been part of geek culture in every way. They are the writers, the artists, the actors, the researchers, and the shapers of all thing analytical and fantastical.
Join us as we celebrate the geek in all of us as we learn about all things Afrofuturistic and feminine. Meet independent authors and artists showing original work. Listen to panel discussions exploring film, science, comics, cosplay, and literature.
